Can I call with questions before I place an order?
Yes, you can call the
Alltheinvitations.com customer service lines at 850-432-4002
during
normal business hours 9am-4:30pm CST. We'll be more than glad to
answer any questions regarding our company, the invitations/stationery
companies we represent, how to place an order with us, etc. Or you can
click on the Live chat at the top of each screen to speak with customer
service live during business hours.

Will somebody
review my order before it is placed?
Yes. We will review your order and
contact you if we have any suggestions to your invitation wording. This
process usually takes between 24-48 hrs. Please be sure to contact
customer service if you don't hear from us after this period of time. As
convenient as the internet is, sometimes orders get "trapped" on our servers
and delayed for 2-3 days.

Do you have a
store?
Yes. We are located in
Pensacola, Florida and we schedule appointments if you would like to visit
the store. Our in store discount is 20% from
retail prices. You must
order online to receive up to 25% discount. Call 432-4002 to set an
appointment. Our address is 221 East Garden St. Suite 2e.

Do you take phone
orders?
No. We can give you wording advice over
the phone, but your order must be in writing in order to avoid
printing mistakes.

What it means to
be an awarded dealer?
Every year Encore Studios, Checkerboard,
Chase, Regency and Carlson Craft reviews dealer sales an awards them
according to their sales volume. IBK Stationary (our parent
company), received the highest recognition given to a dealer with all the
previously mentioned companies.

Ordering

How long it will
take to get my invitations?
Depending on the season it can take 2 weeks during low season up to 4 weeks
during busy season. We recommend to upgrade your shipping or ask about RUSH
service with your invitation consultant if you need your invitations sooner
than that.

Can I e-mail or fax my order?
Yes, you can fax your order to 850/432-4002 or e-mail

Can you do a rush order?
Unfortunately, not all the
companies we represent offer RUSH service. You can upgrade your shipping from Ground to overnight or 2nd day
air for a faster turn around. To know if your invitation is made by a
company that offers rush service, please ask your invitation consultant.
Please...Order your wedding invitations with enough time to avoid extra
fees:) We recommend invitations be ordered at least
3 months before your wedding.

What is a proof? Do I need it?
A proof is a black and white document faxed by
the printer to us. After we review it we'll fax it over to you so you
can check for mistakes such as spellings, addresses or even for the font you
selected for your invitations/announcements. Changes and revisions can still
be made at this
stage. After you approve your proof, your wedding invitations or announcements
will get printed and no more changes will be allowed. We always recommend
ordering proofs. The cost varies from collection to collection. Check with your
consultant about this rates.

Do you ship
overseas? what charges are involved?
Yes, we can. We often can get an estimate of shipping cost, but the actual
price may vary.

How do I check
the status of my order?
An
e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been sent to production with
an approximate shipping time. If you would like, we can provide you with a
tracking number by calling Alltheinvitations.com customer service at
850-432-4002

Why I need to order extra
25's?
Reorders are expensive. This
is why we recommend to order extra 25 with your original order. Some
companies have a minimum order of 50 invitations so even if you only need 25,
you will still need to buy the 50.

What happens if I
made a mistake and I already submitted and approved my order?
If your order has not been submitted yet to
production, we will be able correct any mistakes. If your order has been
sent to production there is nothing that can be done. We will work with you to have
your invitations reprinted if you so desire and give you an extra discount
of 5%.

How do I choose
font styles, liners and ink colors?
You can view it online. Most
of our invitations give the specifications on their pages. If you do not
specify a font for your invitations, we'll use the one on the sample. |

Do I need inner
envelopes?
Inner envelopes are not really necessary.
They are more of a tradition than a need. Yes you can order them and it will be
an extra charge of 15.00 for every 25.
|

What are
informals?
Informals are thank
you notes. They will have your names printed as: Mr. and Mrs. John Smith
instead of "Thank You". You will write on the inside of your notes.

Does the response
card come with a pre printed envelope?
Yes, and they will be printed with the same
ink color unless otherwise specified.

What type of
payments do you accept?
We
accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When will I be
billed?
You will be charged at
the time you approve your order to be sent to the printer.

Do I need to pay
sales taxes?
Only if you are a
Florida resident.

discounts for large quantities?
